What are semi-permanent lashes?

Using a special glue formulated for lashes, semi-permanent lashes are applied individually to each natural lash. For this reason, semi-permanent lashes grow out or shed with your natural lashes, and can be customised to create specific depth and elongation to your eye shape for the exact effect you crave.

How long will my extensions last?

With the correct aftercare, your extensions can last up to 6 weeks before they shed. The shedding cycle will happen in tandem with your natural lash cycle. To maintain the full lashed effect, infills are a great way to extend the life of your lashes and are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks.

What can I expect from the lash treatment?

All treatments take place in a relaxing environment. With your eyes closed, your lash technician will delicately apply each lash extensions. Clients typically tend to fall asleep, whilst others may feel relaxed or wish to chat.

Do lash extensions hurt?

When applied correctly, lash extensions should not hurt. Using professional tools and excellent isolation techniques, lash extensions can be applied in a pain-free manner. In addition, the use of under-eye gel pads can help to prevent discomfort and aids application.

Will lash extensions damage my lashes?

When applied correctly, and by a certified lash technician, lash extensions will not damage your natural lashes. Using the correct techniques and suitable lengths, curls, thickness and small amounts of adhesive, EyeSlay endeavours to ensure a head-turning and healthy set.

Do I need a patch test?

Patch tests are required for those clients that wish to tint their eyebrows.

Can I bring someone with me?

At EyeSlay we like to ensure that our environment is as relaxing as possible, to minimise this we ask that you come alone unless requested.
